1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Naqda's mobile top-up services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Naqda provides mobile top-up services that allow you to send mobile credit, data packages, and bundles to mobile phones worldwide. Our services include:

  • Mobile airtime top-ups
  • Data package purchases
  • Bundle packages (data + voice + SMS)
  • International mobile recharge services

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Naqda, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is authorized at the time you place an order, and the payment will be charged to your selected payment method immediately upon order confirmation.

A processing fee may apply to each transaction. We reserve the right to change our rates, fees, or payment options at any time without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Local taxes may apply in some countries and are beyond our control.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure on our part that prevents successful delivery
  • Incorrect operator selection due to system error
  • Service unavailability for more than 24 hours

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We are not responsible for refunds due to incorrect recipient phone numbers, wrong operator selection by the user, or other user errors.

6. Service Delivery

Top-ups are typically delivered within minutes, but may take up to 24 hours depending on the destination operator. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party operators or network issues.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
  • Sending unsolicited commercial communications
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfering with or disrupting our services
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

Naqda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
